Take the thoughts out of your head, capture them on paper where you can take a step back, reflect, and see it objectively.. We use prompts to get us writing, only writing for a few minutes at a time, and it doesn't matter if you have never written before, or don't think you can spell well enough. It's what you write from the heart that's important.
